Consent Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres) Accept the Monthly Building Report for February 2010 (Risk) Approve Resolution No. 4247, Authorizing the City Manager to sign Change Order No. 5 for the Lower Yard Vehicle Maintenance and HRDC Bus Barn (Goehrung) *Consider a motion approving Consent Items E. 1-3 as listed above. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Special Presentation – Fire Fighter Swearing In Ceremony (Mayor Krauss) Action Items Public Hearing to Change Three Street Names in Diamond Estates Subdivision No. 2 Phase 2 (Kerr) *Consider a motion directing staff to come back to the Commission with a final resolution to change Three Street Names in Diamond Estates Subdivision No. 2 Phase 2. Public Hearing to consider projects to fund through the City’s Housing and Urban Development (HUD)- Economic Development Initiative (EDI) Grant for Reconstruction following the Downtown Natural Gas Explosion (Meyer) *Consider a motion that identifies HUD-EDI grant beneficiaries as the F&H LLC Building and, the American Legion or alleyway improvements, with any modifications, following applicant presentations, Commission discussion, and public comment. F&H Building Conditional Use Permit and Certificate of Appropriateness Zoning Application No.Z-10008 (Bristor) *Consider a motion approving the F&H Building Conditional Use Permit and Certificate of Appropriateness Application No.Z-10008 with the recommended Conditions of Approval. 11th & College Roundabout (Heaston) *Authorize the City Engineering Division to direct Robert Peccia and Associates to complete the remainder of its work agreed to in the Professional Services Agreement for the 11th& College roundabout project. AND *Authorize the City Manager to sign right-of-way agreements totaling a cost of $154,050.00 for the 11th& College roundabout project. AND *Authorize the City Engineering Division to prepare a Professional Services Agreement Amendment with Robert Peccia and Associates to amend the total PSA fee from $129,305 to $150,840.65 (+$21,535.65) for the College &11th roundabout project. Appointments to the Bozeman Historic Preservation Advisory Board (Kissel) * Consider a motion adjusting the Representative position of a member from at-large to Main Street Representative on the Bozeman Historic Preservation Advisory Board. AND *Consider a motion appointing up to two new members as at-large Representatives on the Bozeman Historic Preservation Advisory Board. Appointments to the Downtown Bozeman Improvement District / Tax Increment Financing Board (IDB-TIF) (Kissel) *Consider confirming the Mayoral appointment of one new voting member to the Downtown Bozeman Improvement District / Tax Increment Financing Board (IDB-TIF).
