Wood SHR/Garage COA/DEV #Z-10023 (Kramer) 506 East Cottonwood Street * A Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of a new single-family residence with a two-car, detached garage and related site improvements. 3. Heeb’s Grocery Sign COA/DEV #Z-10005 (Bristor) 544 East Main Street * A Certificate of Appropriateness with a Deviation Application to allow the existing sign to be modified and to remain within the 15 foot required setback.
