SUBJECT: Approve Cancelling the Regular Meeting on Monday, March 15, 2010 due
to Spring Break Week.
MEETING DATE: March 1, 2010
RECOMMENDATION: Approve Cancelling the Regular Meeting on Monday, March 15,
2010 due to Spring Break and hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, March
29, 2010.
BACKGROUND: It was discussed by the Commission and agreed upon during FYI on
Monday February 22, 2010 to cancel the Regular Meeting on Monday,
March 15, 2010 due to Spring Break Week. The Commission agreed to
hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, March 29th which is typically not a
meeting night because it is a 5th Monday (as per City Charter).
FISCAL EFFECTS: No impacts were identified.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
