Current project: complete sidewalk on east side of North 7th between Oak and
Peach, along with sidewalk at the northwest corner of the Oak
Intersection (stimulus dollars project – must be completed
September 2010) DCP: The Design and Connectivity Plan, also known as the Winter Plan,
was produced as the first step in the remedy of the blight. It is the
guiding document for the actual layout of sidewalks, lighting,
everything along North 7th. It is available at:
