Consent Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres) Authorize City Manager to sign a Contract with Watco Pools for the Construction of the Ultra-Violet Disinfection System for the Bozeman Swim Center (Goehrung) Authorize City Manager to sign Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with Allied Engineering for North 7th Ave. Lighting, Right of Way, and Preliminary Design (Johnson) Approve the Depository Bonds and Pledged Securities as of December 31, 2009 (Clark) Approve a Beer & Wine License Renewal for Bar 3 Bar B-Q (Neibauer) *Consider a motion approving Consent Items F. 1-5 as listed above. Resolution No. 4244, Providing for a Complete Streets Policy (Saunders) * Consider a motion approving Resolution No. 4244, providing for a Complete Streets Policy and directing staff to develop performance measures and implementation strategies to enable safe and convenient access to our transportation system for all users, of all ages and abilities, including pedestrians, bicyclists, people with disabilities, transit riders, and motor vehicle drivers. 2010 Park Improvement Grant Report (Dingman) * Consider a motion accepting the 2010 Park Improvement Grant Program report. 2010-2011 Work Plan Goal Setting Continued Discussion (Kukulski) * Consider a motion adopting the 2010-2011 Work Plan Goals. Re-appointment to the Zoning Commission (Kissel) * Consider a motion re-appointing one member to the Zoning Commission.
