FROM: Carol Neibauer, Licensing Clerk and
Chris Kukulski, City Manager
SUBJECT: Approval of the Beer & Wine License renewal for Bar 3 Bar B-Q,
calendar year 2010.
MEETING DATE: February 22, 2010
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the attached application for renewal of Bar 3 Bar B-Q’s
Beer & Wine License for calendar year 2010. They have complied with state laws and have
completed the City’s application as required.
BACKGROUND: The City Commission may grant a license to sell Beer & Wine or Liquor
(Bozeman Municipal Code 5.12.030 and 5.52.020) upon receipt of a completed city application,
and this license must be renewed annually.
FISCAL EFFECTS: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
