ITEM 3. ONE WEEK REVIEW 1. Village Downtown Lofts PUD–FSP Ext. Request #Z-04265A (Riley/Murray) Northeast of the intersection of Village Downtown Blvd./Village Crossing Way * A request to the City Commission for a 5 year extension of the Final Site Plan of the Village Downtown Lofts for Buildings C and D (120 & 130 Village Crossing Way). ITEM 4. SECOND WEEK REVIEW 1. Gallatin Center Lot 11-Best Buy SP/COA #Z-10016 (Skelton/Murray) Northeast of the intersection of Cattail Street & Max Avenue * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of one 36,000 sq. ft. structure and one 10,000 sq. ft. structure with related site improvements.
