* A Conditional Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to
allow the demolition of the existing 2,448 sq. ft., four 2-bedroom unit
structure for 8 residents and the construction of a 2,727 sq. ft., two 2-
bedroom, two 1-bedroom unit structure for 6 residents with related site
improvements.
