Reach Tracy II CUP/COA #Z-10010 (Krueger/Johnson) 434 North Tracy Avenue * A Conditional Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the demolition of the existing 2,448 sq. ft., four 2-bedroom unit structure for 8 residents and the construction of a 2,727 sq. ft., two 2- bedroom, two 1-bedroom unit structure for 6 residents with related site improvements. ITEM 3. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Gallatin Center Lot 11-Best Buy SP/COA #Z-10016 (Skelton/Murray) Northeast of the intersection of Cattail Street & Max Avenue * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of one 36,000 sq. ft. structure and one 10,000 sq. ft. structure with related site improvements.
