Changes to the Agenda Consent Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres) Approve Resolution No. 4230, Adopting and Integrating the Downtown Bozeman Improvement Plan as a Neighborhood Plan under the Bozeman Community Plan, A Growth Policy (Bristor) Approve Payment of $9,918.83 for the Buttrey's Solvent Site Cost Recovery (Cooper) Approve a new Liquor License for Pickle Barrel to sell Beer & Wine at 809 W. College Street (Neibauer) *Consider a motion approving Consent items D. 1-4 as listed above. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. Action Items Discussion on Appointment to Vacancy in an Office of Bozeman City Commissioner, Presentations by Candidates, Public Comment and Decision on Appointment (If Appointment is made, Commissioner may be sworn in) (Sullivan) *Consider a motion appointing an applicant to fill the Vacancy in an Office of Bozeman City Commissioner. Storm Water Annual Report and Ordinance No. 1763, Providing that the Bozeman Municipal Code be Amended by Adding a new Title 14, Providing for new Storm Water Regulations (Johnson) *Consider a motion provisionally adopting Ordinance No. 1763, Providing that the Bozeman Municipal Code be amended by Adding a new Title 14, Providing for new Storm Water Regulations.
