1.Preserve America Grant - Depot Redevelopment feasibility (Kramer)
2.Organize Work Plan Process; consider grant opportunities (Nelson);
3.Update on Standard Operating Procedures for entering contracts for services; MMIA Insurance (Thorpe)
4.Gathering public input, public comment, opinion surveys (Thorpe)
5.District Vision Document: recommendations for revisions (all)

8.Consider a motion supporting up to $15,000 TIF fund allocation in the NURB 2011 Annual Work Plan and
Budget to match possible Preserve America Grant for Depot Area redevelopment feasibility study.
