SUBJECT: Approval of a Liquor License for Lemongrass Thai to sell Liquor at 290
W Kagy Blvd.
MEETING DATE: January 19, 2010.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license for Lemongrass Thai to sell Liquor at 290
W Kagy Blvd. They have complied with state laws and have received an approval from the State
of Montana #06-715-2873-001 to transfer active license good through June 30, 2010 from
Belgrade to Bozeman.
BACKGROUND: The City Commission may license premises to sell liquor (Bozeman
Municipal Code 5.52.020). The applicant has an approval from the Montana Liquor Control
Board (#06-715-2873-001).
FISCAL EFFECTS: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
