1. Discussion on Appointment to Vacancy in an Office of Bozeman City
Commissioner (No Decision on Appointment Will Be Made) (Sullivan)
*Discuss the process of appointing a person to fill the office of Bozeman City
Commissioner left vacant by the recent resignation of Eric Bryson.
2. Urban Fund Projects List Recommendation to the Transportation
Coordinating Committee (Arkell)
*Consider a motion recommending that the Transportation Coordinating Committee
formally adopt the updated Urban Fund Projects list as that listed on page 1 of the
related staff memorandum.
3. Ordinance No. 1778, Clarification of Animal Control, Police Officer
Authority Regarding Animal Regulations and Adjustment of Civil Court
Timelines (McLane)
*Consider a motion provisionally adopting Ordinance No. 1778, clarification of animal
control, police officer authority regarding animal regulations and adjustment of civil
court timelines.
4. Response to Commission Questions Regarding the Sign Code, Chapter
18.52 of the Bozeman Municipal Code and Opportunity for Direction
(Saunders) (opened and continued from January 11, 2010)
*Consider motions directing staff whether and how to proceed with Ordinance revisions.
5. Meetings with Federal Delegation in Washington, DC (Kukulski)
*Consider a motion authorizing the City Manager and Mayor, or an available City
Commissioner to schedule meetings in Washington DC with each of Montana’s Federal
Delegates and key staff.
6. Appointment to the Downtown Business Improvement District Board
(BID) (Kissel)
*Consider a motion appointing one new applicant to the Downtown Business
Improvement District Board.

*Consider a motion re-appointing two members to the Wetlands Review Board.
