conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit
your comments to three minutes.

18.52 of the Bozeman Municipal Code (Saunders)
*Consider motions directing staff whether and how to proceed with ordinance revisions.
3. Protection from Discrimination Based on Sexual Orientation and Gender
Identity (Berg)
*Consider a motion directing staff whether to develop policies and implementation
strategies to prohibit discrimination in City employment, benefits, and programs and
services on the basis of sexual orientation and/or gender preferences.
4. (Re)Appointments to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board (Kissel)
*Consider a motion (re)appointing up to four applicants to the Bozeman Area Bicycle
Advisory Board.
5. Re-appointment to the City-County Board of Health (Kissel)
*Consider a motion re-appointing one applicant to the City-County Board of Health.
6. (Re)Appointments to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board (Kissel)
*Consider a motion (re)appointing up to five applicants to the Recreation and Parks
Advisory Board.
7. Appointment to the Parking Commission (Kissel)
*Consider a motion approving the Mayor’s appointment of one applicant to the Parking
Commission.
K. FYI/Discussion
1. Board of Adjustment January 12, 2010 agenda with two conditional use
permits for on-premise alcohol consumption (Saunders)
2. Reminder that City Offices will be closed Monday, January 18th in
observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The Commission meeting will
take place on TUESDAY, January 19th. (Kukulski/Kissel)
