Introductions and general Public Comments 2. Review & approve edited December minutes 3. Disclose information or discussions that board members have had regarding a board related topic. 4. Orientation for new members, celebration of 2009 accomplishments, and self-evaluation – how are we doing? Amendments to by-laws – approve with edits? 5. Capital Improvement Projects 6. Letter to City Commission to pass a Complete Streets binding policy – draft policy from Cathy Costakis 7. Proposed Bike/Ped Coordinator job description th 8. New letter to Tom McCormick re bike lane striping at corner of 19 and College 9. Report of progress from Committee on map updates 10. Review and discuss job descriptions, Board expectations and procedures. We’ll amend and vote on these in February along with voting in new officers (who will take over duties in March). 11. Nominations for Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and Information Manager 12. Choose 2010 BTWW (Bike to Work Week) Coordinator. 13. Assign someone to follow through with “Light the Bike at Night” budget item. 14. Bicycle safety and “why bike” tip cards for BTWW. Pending business: 15. 2011 budget development 16. Bike Board to bring to City Commission letter to recommend “snow emergency” ordinance about road plowing and sidewalk clearing in winter. Neighborhoods could opt out if they had a different option that worked with the streets department. 17. Letter to the Commission about adding bike lanes on Peach? 18. Molly & Bill – T4America Bozeman planning – letter to the editor? 19. Updates – a. Proposed agenda for Board trainings, Jan. 20 and Feb. 16, status of invitations to partner organizations b. Concrete Reform –social networking site for all the sustainability groups in MT? other progress? e. Bill – LCI training? f. Bill – TCC; follow-up re transportation plan g.
