Rouse). Click here for Agendas Click here for Minutes The Senior Citizens Advisory Board is created under Commission Resolution No. 2782 (adopted by the City Commission on August 20, 1990), and revised by Ordinance No. 1521 (adopted by the City Commission on August 7, 2000) and Ordinance No. 1748 (adopted by the City Commission on October 6, 2008.) This board is comprised of seven members, appointed to staggered two-year terms. A minimum of five of the members must reside within city limits.  The board is advisory to the Commission, making recommendations on matters regarding senior citizen issues. Members and Terms:     Patricia Phillips – expires December 31, 2010     Charlotte Kress – expires December 31, 2009 R. Ted Mangun – expires December 31, 2010 Donald A.
