Villas @ West Winds MASP/SP #Z-09195 (Krueger/Murray) Northeast of the intersection of Oak Street and Davis Lane * A Master Site Plan Application to allow the construction of an 89 unit, multi- and single-family condominium project with a first phase Site Plan Application to allow construction of a 12 unit, multi- and single-family condominium development with related site improvements. ITEM 3. ONE WEEK REVIEW 1. Gallatin Building Reno. Ph. 2&3 COA/ADR #Z-09218 (Kramer/Heaston) 44 East Main Street * A Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow phase 2 & 3 renovations including; PHASE 2 - storefront modifications, east elevation modifications above the basement stairs, exterior brick paint removal and new electrical panels on the south façade; and PHASE 3 - opening up blocked-in storefront, addition of three storefront windows, and new streetscape plan. ITEM 4. INFORMAL REVIEW 1. Green Balance INFORMAL #I-09008 (Krueger/Heaston) 315, & 407–531 Stafford Avenue * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the relaxation of restrictive covenants for six single-family lots to allow front loaded garages. 2. Williams Industrial Park INFORMAL #-09009 (Krueger/Johnson) th 2360 North 7 Avenue * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the subdivision of two M-1 zoned lots (one in the City and one in the County) into seven lots.
