Customer. understands Greenspace is responsible for keeping the above checked surfaces plowed or
shoveled throughput the winter season. If:a client does not want to perform snow removal
services on a particular snowfall it places both the client And Greenspace at great ilability risk.
For example: If Greenspace Is asked by the client to not remove snow a couple small 1 -2" snowfalls in a
row, foot traffic packs snow down and on the third snowfall of a couple inches, the temperatures drop
considerably. By not allowing Greenspace to remove snow the first two snowfalls, ice has built'up and
created an extremely slippery and rutted surface: This is a hazard for everybody and especially the
elderly and handicapped This also creates added cost as chipping ice is an additional charge.
Please. refer to the enclosed ,City of Bozeman Municipal Code for snow removal regulations it states
that you are required by taw to remove any snow from your sidewalks within 24 hrs of snowfall.
