MichaelDelaney,PublicComment 1:10:43 Mr.Delaneyof101 EastMainStreetsaidhesupportsmanyofthethingssaidtonight.He believestheseissuescouldberesolvedthroughpolicepowerorenhancedpolicepowertobe morespecific.
