This provides the public with the opportunity to comment on matters falling within the purview of the NURB. An opportunity will be provided for the public to comment on Discussion and Action Items. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. C.Consent a. Approve minutes from 9/1/09 and 10/06/09 meetings D.Special Presentation – MSU Community Design Center- Draft ideas for District visioning document E.Discussion Items a. Procedure and Board participation in selection process for District engineering consultant (Johnson) b.
