ORDINANCE NO. 1378
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY AND OFFICIAL
BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1
That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official
bond to be given by, the City
Manager of the City of Bozeman, Montana, in accordance with the Employment Agreement
dated December 20, 1993, be as follows, to wit:
Salary - $57,924.00 per annum/$4,827.00 per month plus
deferred compensation
Official Bond - $20,000.00
Section 2
That the salary and official bond, as fixed by this
ordinance, shall be effective as
of January 1, 1994.
PROVISIONALLY PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission
of the City of
Bozeman, Montana, at a regular session thereof held on the 20th day of December 1993.
