* A Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the partial
demolition of the residence, the construction of a 300 sq. ft. addition to the
rear of the house, a 250 sq. ft. second floor addition, demolition of the
garage, and the construction of a new garage with an ADU above.

multi- and single-family condominium project with a first phase Site Plan

condominium development with related site improvements.
