ORDINANCE NO. 1380
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONT ANA, AMENDING THE BOZEMAN ZONE MAP'S ZONING DISTRICT
DESIGNATIONS FROM AN "R-O" (RESIDENTIAL.-OFFICE) TO A "B-2"
(COMMUNITY BUSINESS) DISTRICT ON LOT 2, BLOCK 1, TRIANGLE
AREA ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, the proposed zone map amendments have been properly submitted,
reviewed and advertised in accordance with the procedures of the Bozeman zone code; and
WHEREAS, the City-County Planning Board held a public hearing on March 1, 1994,
to receive and review all written and oral testimony on the request for a zone map
amendments; and
WHEREAS, the City-County Planning Board recommended to the Bozeman City
Commission that the requested zone map amendments be approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission held a public hearing on March 21, 1994 to receive
and review all written and oral testimony on the request for a zone map amendments; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has reviewed and considered the twelve zone
change criteria established in Section 76-2-304, M.C.A., and found the proposed zone map
amendments to be in compliance with the twelve criteria; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has found that the proposed zone map
amendments would be in compliance with the Bozeman Area Master Plan and will be in the
public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1
That the zoning district designation of the following-described property is hereby
amended from an "R-O" (Residential--Office) District to "B-2" (Community Business) District:
Lot 2, Block 1, Triangle Area Annexation
Section 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after final adoption.
