*Consider a motion approving partial demolition of a contributing structure within the
Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District with the related conditions outlined in the
staff report.

*Consider a motion approving construction of a second floor on the existing single floor
residence with the related conditions outlined in the staff report.

into a 99-year ground Lease with the Human Resources Development
Council, Inc. (HRDC) for the Lease of a .539-acre parcel for the purposes
of developing a Public Transportation Storage and Repair Facility
