Impact Fee Discussion (Gallatin Association of Realtors and Chamber of Commerce Proposals to Modify or Defer Payments) (Epple/Rosenberry/Kukulski) *Consider proposals from Gallatin Association of Realtors and Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as staff comments, and provide staff with direction on how to proceed. C. Call to Order Regular Meeting- 6 p.m. D. Pledge of Allegiance and a Moment of Silence E. Changes to the Agenda F. Public Service Announcement – Fire Prevention Week and Breakfast Reminder (Shrauger) G. Minutes – August 24, 2009 and August 31, 2009 *Consider a motion approving the August 24, 2009 and August 31, 2009 Meeting Minutes as submitted. H. Consent 1. Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres) 2. Authorize Mayor to sign Family Day - A Day to Eat Dinner with Your Children Mayoral Proclamation (Kissel) 3. Authorize City Manager to sign a Public Sidewalk Easement for Oak Springs Estates (Murray) 4. Approve the Fiscal Year 2010 Gallatin City-County Health Department Budget (Rosenberry) Bozeman City Commission Agenda, September 28, 2009 2 5. Approve Resolution No. 4205, Authorizing the City Manager to sign Change Order No. 1 for the Lyman Creek Water System Infrastructure Improvements Project (Murray) 6. Finally Adopt Ordinance No. 1767, amending Title 6 by adding section 6.04.070 regulating the keeping of domestic chickens within the corporate limits of the City of Bozeman AND amending Title 18 section 18.80.080 defining Agricultural Use (Fontenot) *Consider a motion approving Consent Items H. 1-6 as listed above. Resolution No. 4191 – Assessment of Delinquent Sidewalk Repair Charges (Public Hearing) (Rosenberry) *Consider a motion adopting Resolution No. 4191 –Assessment of Delinquent Sidewalk Repair Charges. 4. Resolution No. 4206 - Appropriation Resolution for Fiscal Year 2009- 2010 (Public Hearing Opened and Continued from September 14, 2009) (Rosenberry) *Consider a motion adopting Resolution No. 4206, Appropriation Resolution for Fiscal Year 2009-2010. City Codification Project Update (Ulmen/Sullivan) *Consider the staff presentation regarding the City Codification Project Update. 7. Discussion regarding Downtown Tax Increment District Draft Inter-Local Agreement (Rosenberry) *Consider discussion and provide direction to staff regarding the draft Inter-local Agreement for the Downtown Tax Increment District. K. FYI/Discussion 1. Reminder that the City Commission Policy Meeting for Thursday, October 1, 2009 is Cancelled (Kukulski/Ulmen) L.
