*Consider proposals from Gallatin Association of Realtors and Bozeman Area Chamber
of Commerce, as well as staff comments, and provide staff with direction on how to
proceed.

5. Approve Resolution No. 4205, Authorizing the City Manager to sign
Change Order No. 1 for the Lyman Creek Water System Infrastructure
Improvements Project (Murray)
6. Finally Adopt Ordinance No. 1767, amending Title 6 by adding section
6.04.070 regulating the keeping of domestic chickens within the corporate
limits of the City of Bozeman AND amending Title 18 section 18.80.080
defining Agricultural Use (Fontenot)

1. Reminder that the City Commission Policy Meeting for Thursday, October
1, 2009 is Cancelled (Kukulski/Ulmen)
