E.Consent 1.Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres) 2.Authorize City Manager to sign a Non-exclusive Access and Utility Easement across land owned jointly by Gallatin County and the City of Bozeman, requested by Global Tower Assets, LLC. (Cooper) 3.Authorize City Manager to sign a Five-year Service Contract with Otis Elevator for Elevators at the Professional Building and the Senior Center with the price per month at the Professional Building being $157.55 and the price per month at the Senior Center being $151.14 (Goehrung) 4.Authorize City Manager to sign a Service Agreement with Simplex Grinnell in the amount of $720.00 for the Inspection of Fire Sprinkler Systems in City owned Buildings (Goehrung) 5.Approve the Monthly Building Report for August, 2009 (Risk) 6.Approve Opening and Continuing the Budget Hearing to September 28, 2009 (Rosenberry) *Consider a motion approving Consent Items E. 1-6 as listed above. Bozeman City Commission Agenda, September 14, 2009 G.Action Items 1.Provisional Adoption of Ordinance No. 1767, amending Title 6 by adding section 6.04.070 regulating the keeping of domestic chickens within the corporate limits of the City of Bozeman AND amending Title 18 section (Public Hearing) 18.80.080 defining agricultural activity (Fontenot) *Consider a motion Provisionally Adopting Ordinanceamending Title 6 by No. 1767, adding section 6.04.070 regulating the keeping of domestic chickens within the corporate limits of the City of Bozeman. AND *Consider a motion Amending Title 18 section 18.80.080 defining agricultural activity. AND *If approved, consider directing Staff to return to the Commission during the 30-day effective period with a chicken keeping permit fee resolution.
