IN CONSIDERATION of receiving permission to connect to the City of Bozeman municipal sewer and water systems, along with accompanying rights and privileges and for other and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, waive and do hereby waive for ourselves, our successors and assigns, the right to protest annexation of the above- referenced property to the City of Bozeman, or to make any written protest or disapproval in response to a duly passed resolution of intention to annex the above-described property to the City of Bozeman. This waiver shall be a covenant running with the land and shall not expire with our death. The terms, covenants and provisions of the Waiver shall extend to, and be binding upon the successors-in-interest and assigns of the parties hereto. We warrant that we are lawfully seized and possessed of the real property above and that we have a lawful right to convey the property or any part of it.
