1.Appointment to the Bozeman Tourism Business Improvement District
Board of Trustees (Kissel)

*Consider a motion appointing up to to a three year term on the Bozeman
Tourism Business Improvement District Board of Trustees.
2.Proposed Curb Replacement (Hixson)
*Consider providing direction to staff regarding updating the City’s curb replacement
program.
3.City of Bozeman Specialty License Plates Revenue Allocation and
(Public Hearing)
Process Determination (Fontenot)
*Consider a motion setting the City of Bozeman’s specialty license plate
renewal/donation fee amount at $25.00.
AND
*Consider a motion allocating $20.00 of the renewal/donation fee to a newly established
parks and recreation fund and allocating $5.00 to the Emerson Cultural Center’s
“Schools in the Gallery” Children’s Art Program.

*Consider a motion approving the proposed timeline culminating in a July 2010 issuance

4.Impact Fee Policy Discussion (Epple)
*Consider proposals from Gallatin Association of Realtors and Bozeman Area Chamber
of Commerce, as well as staff comments and provide staff with direction on how to
proceed.
5.Identification of City Projects to be Funded with House Bill 645 Stimulus
Dollars (Rosenberry)
*Consider identifying projects to be funded with the City's HB645 allocation of
$621,000 and direct staff to make necessary applications to carry out construction of
these projects.
6.Discussion on Existing Protections for City Employees and the Public
Regarding the Reporting of Alleged Violations of Public Policy (i.e.
Whistle Blowing/Anti-Retaliation), Discussion on Example Policies, and
Direction to Staff (Sullivan)
*Consider a motion requesting the City Manager to develop and implement
amendments to the City of Bozeman Employee Handbook and directing staff to develop
an ordinance amending Chpt. 2.01 of the Bozeman Municipal Code (Ethics Code) that
protects employees and the public against retaliation by city employees and officials
when acting in good faith as a whistleblower.
7.30-day Letter of Intent from Weston Solutions, Inc. for Purchase of the
former Bozeman City Hall located at 411 East Main Street (Kukulski)
*Consider a motion authorizing the Mayor to sign a letter agreeing to a new 30-day
letter of intent from Weston Solutions, Inc. for Purchase of the former Bozeman City Hall
located at 411 East Main Street.
