ORDINANCE NO. 1413
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
MONTANA. PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF SECTIONS 15.08.100 AND
15.08.110 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE. AND DECLARING SAME TO
BE NULL AND VOID AND OF NO EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1
That Section 15.08.100 and Section 15.08.110 of the Bozeman Municipal Code
are
hereby repealed and declared null and void and of no effect.
Section 2
Effective Date.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after final adoption
on second
reading.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman. Montana, on first reading
at a
regular session thereof held on the 20th day of November 1995.
