2.Authorize City Manager to sign Release and Reconveyance of previously
recorded Easements and new Public Access, Public Park and Sewer and
Water Pipeline and Access Easements for Haggerty Lane Cottages
(Cottages Partners I LP) (Johnson)
3.Approve the Final Plat for LeClair Minor Subdivision and authorize the
Director of Public Service to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Bozeman (Cooper)
4.Appoint Mayor Jacobson and Commissioner Becker to review the
depository bonds and pledged securities as of June 30, 2009 (Clark)
