*Consider a motion to take from the table the Custodial Contracts for City Owned
Building for Fiscal Year 2009-2010.

seconded by Cr. Becker to award the 2009-2010 Custodial Contract for City owned

2.Lower Yards/Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) First

*Consider a motion approving Variance #1, Section 18.44 and 18.42.150 – To allow the
development of the subject subdivision without compliance with Section 18.44, which
specifies required upgrades to adjacent streets including street lighting under Section
18.42.150.C for North Rouse Avenue.

*Consider a motion approving Variance #2: Section 18.44 and 18.42.150 - To allow the
development of the subject subdivision without compliance with Section 18.44, which
specifies required upgrades to adjacent streets including street lighting under Section

private lot and not on a common/separate lot.

To allow the development of the subject subdivision without physical access.

*Consider a motion approving Variance #5: Section 18.38.030.D.1 - To allow the

infrastructure to the lease parcel.

*Consider a motion allowing staff to move forward with current Planning Department
staff levels, noting the continued reduction of 1.5 full-time employees from the Fiscal
Year 2009 adopted budget.
5.Commission Resolution No. 4195, Bozeman Economic Development Plan

*Consider a motion approving Resolution No. 4195, adopting the draft of the Bozeman
Economic Development Plan.
6.Commission Resolution No. 4196, Adoption of amended Chapter 8,

*Consider a motion approving Resolution No. 4196, draft revisions to Chapter 8 of the
Bozeman Community Plan.
7.Agreement for Prosecution Services with Anna L. Rooney for Prosecution
of Domestic Violence (Sullivan)
*Consider a motion approving the City Manager’s decision to sign an Agreement for
Prosecution Services with Anna L. Rooney for Prosecution of Domestic Violence
pending approval by the Montana Municipal Interlocal Authority of provisions related
to indemnification and insurance requirements.
