ORDINANCE NO. 1475
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONT ANA, FIXING THE MONTHL Y SALARY OF THE CITY MANAGER OF THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN, AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1
That the monthly salary to be paid to. and the official bond to be given by. the City
Manager of the City of Bozeman, Montana, in accordance with the Employment Agreement
dated July 1, 1998, be as follows:
Salary - $62,484.00 per annum/$5,207.00 per month plus deferred compensation
Section 2
That the salary, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be effective as of July 1, 1998.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman. Montana, on first reading at
a regular session thereof held on the 20th day of July 1998.
