ORDINANCE NO. 1476
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY OF THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS OF
THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to the heads of the departments and
the
employees of the City Commission of Bozeman. Montana, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1999,
be as follows, to wit:

Director of Public
Service (Works)

Administrative Services Director
(Director of Finance) $54,000.00*
$4,500.00
City Judge
$24,960.00 $2,080.00
(Converts to $96.00 per day, in accordance with Ordinance No. 1319)
'II' Plus 7% deferred compensation
Section 2. That the salaries, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be effective as
of July 1,
1998.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a regular session
thereof held on the 3rd day of August 1998.
