ORDINANCE NO. 1504
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
MONT ANA. FIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to the employees of the City Commission of
Bozeman, Montana, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2000, be as follows, to wit:

July 1 through December 31, 1999 $ 66,960.00*
$ 5,580.00
January 1 through June 30, 2000 $ 70,500.00*

Clerk of the Commission $ 33,264.00* * $ 2,772.00
* Plus $7,998.00/year deferred compensation
* * Plus 4.0% deferred compensation
Section 2. That the salaries. as fixed by this ordinance, shall be effective as of July 1,
1999.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a regular session
thereof held on the 6th day of December 1999.
