A.Call to Order – 6:30 PM
B.Public Comment – Please state your name and address for the record. This provides the public with the
opportunity to comment on matters falling within the purview of the NURB. An opportunity will be
provided for the public to comment on Discussion Items. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.

a. Approve minutes from 4/7/09 meeting
D.Presentation – Dustin Johnson, P.E., Bozeman Engineering Department: 2009 Bozeman Storm Water
Update
E.Discussion Items
1. Parks: Collaboration with NENA on creating a park master plan for the District and update on Depot
Park PIG funding and work progress
2. Walkability: Missing sidewalk and trail connection survey (Thompson and Danzl-Scott)
3. Consider the possibility of collaborating with School of Architecture Community Design Center on
the creation of a more detailed master plan for the District (Nelson)
4. Utilities: Water and Sewer line Deficiencies in the District (Giovanni and Nelson)
5. Public Assistance: Updates on available services/assistance
6. Weed management (Noble)
7. Depot: update and concerns
8. Finalize selection of Board letterhead
9. Annual Work Plan and Budget Preparation
10. Board vacancies
11. News from the District
F.Action Items
RTP grant proposal: Consider a motion to prepare grant proposal for trail improvements in the
District
Annual Work Plan and Budget: Consider a motion directing the Board Chair to draft the Annual
Work Plan and Budget based on recommendations from the Board
Special Meeting: Consider a motion setting a date for a special meeting to finalize the Annual Work
Plan and Budget to submit to the City Commission.
