Minutes – April 27, 2009 *Consider a motion approving the Minutes of April 27, 2009 as submitted. Action Items Resolution No. 4172, a Resolution of Intent to Create the Bozeman Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) (Sullivan/Bozeman Convention & Visitor's Bureau) *Consider a motion adopting Resolution No. 4172, a Resolution of Intent to Create the Bozeman Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID). CHB Properties Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application #P-09001, (Public Hearing) (Skelton) *Consider a motion to conditionally approve the CHB Properties Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application for a two-lot minor subdivision as recommended in Planning Board Resolution #P-09001. Mountain Pine Beetle (Stover ) *Consider the Mountain Pine Beetle Presentation. Presentation of the City Manager's Recommended Budget for Fiscal Year 2009-2010 (FY10) (Rosenberry) *Consider the City Manager’s Recommended Budget Presentation for Fiscal Year 2009-2010. AND *Consider providing comments and questions regarding the City Manager’s Recommended Budget for Fiscal Year 2009-2010. Proposal to Modify Condition 16 of the Story Mansion Conditional Use Permit (Epple) *Consider a motion Amending Condition 16 of the Story Mansion Conditional Use Permit to read: All outside activities on the Mansion grounds shall end no later than 9:00 p.m. Exceptions to this 9:00 p.m. time limit may be granted by the City Commission for community events, through a temporary use permit application process established and administered by the Department of Planning and Community Development. Appointment to the Parking Commission (Kissel) *Consider a motion approving the Mayoral appointment of one member to the Parking Commission. Appointments to the Community Alcohol Coalition (Kissel) *Consider a motion appointing two members to the Community Alcohol Coalition. Appointment to the Board of Ethics (Kissel) *Consider a motion appointing one member to the Board of Ethics. Re-appointment to the Downtown Business Improvement District Board (BID) (Kissel) *Consider a motion re-appointing one member to the Downtown Business Improvement District Board (BID). Re-appointment to the Police Commission (Kissel) *Consider a motion approving the City Manager’s re-appointment of one member to the Police Commission.
