SUBJECT: Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for USDA Site Plan COA #Z-08284
MEETING DATE: Monday, June 15, 2009 at 6:00 PM.

RECOMMENDATION: That the City Commission make a motion authorizing the City
Manager to sign the attached irrevocable offer of dedication document.
BACKGROUND: The USDA office development at 2229 Boothill Court, zoned "M-1" (Light
Manufacturing District) was required to provide an irrevocable offer of dedication for
improvements that will be dedicated to the City upon completion of the project. Improvements
include a sewer and water main and other public improvements. In order to comply with Section
18.74.030.C.1 of the Bozeman Municipal Code the applicant is required to provide this
irrevocable offer to satisfy the requirements for concurrent construction. Planning and
Engineering staff have reviewed the document and have found it to be acceptable.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: The Department of Planning is not aware of any unresolved issues
for the proposed development at this time.
FISCAL EFFECTS: Not applicable.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
