RELEASE AND RECONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT
COMES NOW the City of Bozeman, 121 North Rouse Avenue, Bozeman, MT 59715, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Montana hereinafter ("GRANTOR") and does hereby
release, terminate and reconvey the following described easement(s) unto Buffalo Ventures,
LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company with an address of 17 Lockwood Drive,
Charleston, South Carolina as follows:
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS the Grantor is the dominant tenant of the Water Pipeline and Access
Easement Agreement recorded on December 4th, 2008 under Document No. 2316523 in the
Clerk and Recorder's Office of Gallatin County, Montana, burdening a portion of the following
described real property:
Lot 2 of Amended Block 3 of the Tange's Subdivision, situated in the NE '/o of
Section 1, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana.
WHEREAS, the above-described real property is currently known as follows:
Lot 2A of Amended Plat of Lots 2 and 3, Block 3 of the Amended Plat of Block
3 of Tange's Subdivision, situated in the NE'/a of Section 1, Township 2 South,
Range 5 East, P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana
WHEREAS the construction of the water pipeline has been completed without having to
occupy the easement area referenced in the Water Pipeline and Access Easement Agreement
recorded under Document No. 2316523 ;and

WHEREFORE, the Grantor does hereby release, terminate and reconvey to Buffalo
Ventures, LLC, all easements, rights and privileges granted to it by virtue of the Water Pipeline
and Access Easement Agreement recorded under Document No. 2316523, records of the Clerk
and Recorder's Office of Gallatin County, Montana.
