RE: Service Agreement for Bozeman School District Solid Waste Disposal
2009-2012
Dear Mr. Johnson:
This letter will serve as notice of award and as our form of agreement with the
City of Bozeman to provide solid waste collection and disposal services for the
District beginning July 1, 2009 and ending June 30, 2012.
The District agrees to pay the City of Bozeman $56,957.20 in 12 equal
installments of $4,746.43 for the period July, 2009 through June, 2010 for the
removal of solid waste in accordance with the Schedule of Service (copy
attached). Also, the District agrees to pay $6.50 per yard3 for any miscellaneous
solid waste collected in addition to the Schedule of Service.
The District agrees to pay the City of Bozeman $58,096.22 in 12 equal
installments of $4.841.35. for the period July,2010 through June, 2011 for the
removal of solid waste in accordance with the Schedule of Service. Also, the
District agrees to pay $6.50 per yard3 for any miscellaneous solid waste collected
in addition to the Schedule of Service.
The District agrees to pay the City of Bozeman $59,739.23 in 12 equal
installments of $4,978.26 for the period July, 2011 through June, 2012 for the
removal of solid waste in accordance with the Schedule of Service. Also, the
District agrees to pay $6.50 per yard3 for any miscellaneous solid waste collected
in addition to the Schedule of Service.
For the period of September, 2009 through June, 2010, the following weeks are
designated as "non-school" weeks which are to be serviced using the less-
frequent schedule of collection: December 21-January 1, March 15-19, and
June 14-June 30.
The schedules for 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 will be made available when the
school year calendar is finalized for each year.
The City of Bozeman also needs to supply the required bonds within 30 days of
the date of this award notice.
If you agree to the above schedule and rates, please sign below and return this
letter to the Facilities office. This letter will then serve as our form of agreement.
We appreciate your participation in the bidding process and look forward to doing
business with the City of Bozeman.
