Public Service Announcement – Vandalism and Graffiti Task Force Projects (Curt Smith, Task Force Chair ) E. Minutes – April 13, 2009 *Consider a motion approving the Minutes of April 13, 2009 as submitted. F. Consent 1. Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres) 2. Authorize City Manager to sign a Renewable Resource Grant Agreement for the Hyalite Canyon Guardrail Project (Heaston) 3. Authorize City Manager to sign Western Montana Mental Health (Hope House) Public Access Easement, Sewer and Water Pipeline and Access Easement and Agreement, and Trail Corridor Easement (Murray) 4. Authorize City Manager to sign and execute the State of Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) Utilities Agreement for relocation of a City Water Main (Hixson) 5. Authorize Mayor Jacobson to sign a letter of support for the Bozeman Sculpture Park Project (Fontenot) 6. Approve Mayoral Proclamation Naming Thursday, June 11, 2009 Montana Outdoor Science School Day (Kissel) 7. Approve Monthly Building Report for May 2009 (Risk ) 8. Approve Resolution No. 4173, Certifying Delinquent 2nd 1/2 Special Assessments to the County (Shannon) *Consider a motion approving Consent Items F. 1-8 as listed above. G. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. H. Special Presentation – Recognition of Volunteer Organizations Who Provided Assistance after Downtown Explosion (Mayor Jacobson) I. Action Items 1. Possible Amendments to Resolution No. 4156, Fee Schedule for Rental of the Story Mansion (Dingman) *Consider a motion to amend Resolution No. 4156, Fee Schedule for Rental of the Story Mansion that was previously adopted on March 23, 2009. AND *Consider a motion to amend the fees for the Library. AND *Consider a motion to incorporate fees for Weddings into the Story Mansion Fee Schedule. 2. Proposal to Rescind Condition 16 (9:00 p.m. time limit) of Story Mansion Conditional Use Permit (Mayor Jacobson) *Consider a motion to amend The Story Mansion Conditional Use Permit that was approved on April 13, 2009. AND *Consider a motion to rescind Condition 16 of the Story Mansion Conditional Use Permit regarding the 9 p.m. time limit for outdoor activities. 3. Ordinance No. 1761, Amendments to Title 18, Unified Development Ordinance No. Z-08041, Opened and Continued from May 11, May 18 and May 26, 2009 (Saunders) *Cr. Rupp will consider voting on the Amendment moved by Cr. Becker, seconded by Cr. Pro-Tem Jacobson to maintain the net density of 6 units per acre. AND Bozeman City Commission Agenda, June 8, 2009 3 *Cr. Rupp will consider voting on the Amendment moved by Cr. Bryson, seconded by Cr. Pro-Tem Jacobson regarding section 18.52.140, to strike the amended text provision that allows for off premise signs in transit shelters and establishing standards. AND *Cr. Rupp will consider voting on the Amendment moved by Cr. Bryson, seconded by Cr. Krauss that regarding 18.46.040 sub c. to remove the option that provides for installation of shower facilities and lockers. AND *Consider voting on the Main Motion that was moved by Cr. Becker, seconded by Cr. Krauss to provisionally adopt Ordinance No. 1761, Amendments to Title 18, Unified Development Ordinance No. Z-08041, as amended. 4. Appointment to the Parking Commission (Kissel) *Consider a motion approving the Mayoral appointment of one member to the Parking Commission. 5. Re-Appointment to the Police Commission (Kissel) *Consider a motion approving the City Manager’s re-appointment of one member to the Police Commission. 6. Appointment to the Board of Ethics (Kissel) *Consider a motion appointing one member to the Board of Ethics. J. FYI/Discussion 1. Agricultural Uses within the City Limits (Epple) K.
