Rupp *Consider a motion approving the absence of Cr. Rupp. Consent Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres) Authorize City Manager to sign the Service Agreement Contract between the City of Bozeman and the Bozeman School District for Solid Waste Disposal for a 3 year period beginning July 1, 2009 (Arkell) Authorize City Manager to sign the Notice of Award for the 2009 Water Renovations to Edstrom Construction, Incorporated (Murray) Acknowledge Receipt of City Manager's Recommended Budget document for Fiscal Year 2010 (Rosenberry) *Consider a motion approving Consent Items E. 1-4 as listed above. Update on Bozeman Solvent Site, Notice of 2009 Vapor Study and Notice of Community Meeting on June 2nd at Bozeman Library (Cooper) Action Items Resolution No. 4163, Adoption of the Bozeman Community Plan (Saunders) *Consider a motion approving Resolution No. 4163, adopting the Bozeman Community Plan as amended. Provisional adoption of Ordinance No. 1762, revision to Bozeman Municipal Code (BMC) 10.44.050, Skateboard Use in Downtown Business District (Public Hearing) (McLane) *Consider a motion provisionally adopting Ordinance No. 1762, revision to Bozeman Municipal Code (BMC) 10.44.050, Skateboard Use in Downtown Business District, and direct staff to return to the Commission for the second reading of Ordinance No. 1762 on June 15, 2009.
