The $774.00 cost from Matzinger for the Change in the W fixture and hide conduit about th.e main stair. 2. The $1,542.00 credit from Matzinger for the change in the W fixture specification. The other electrical items of the conduits to the upper floor for future phase F. Alarm and phone is still in James lap to decide what to do, I don't know what he will decide with that item or the Telephone work costs. I have sent them onto him 'for his review and decision.
