Recovery Act Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant, (Public Hearing) Opened and Continued from May 18, 2009 (Meyer) * Consider a motion approving the Recovery Act Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Application. 2. Resolution No. 4154, Amending the Recreation and Aquatic Program Fees (Public Hearing) (Dingman) * Consider a motion approving Resolution No. 4154, Amending the Recreation and Aquatic Program Fees. 3. Letter of intent from Weston Solutions, Inc. to purchase the former Bozeman City Hall located at 411 East Main Street (Kukulski) * Consider a motion authorizing the City Manager to sign the letter of intent from Weston Solutions, Inc. for purchase of the former Bozeman City Hall located at 411 East Main Street. 4. Ordinance No. 1761, Amendments to Title 18, Unified Development Ordinance No. Z-08041, Opened and Continued from May 11 and May 18, 2009 (Saunders) *Cr. Rupp will consider voting on the Amendment moved by Cr. Becker, seconded by Cr. Pro-Tem Jacobson to maintain the net density of 6 units per acre. AND *Cr. Rupp will consider voting on the Amendment moved by Cr. Bryson, seconded by Cr. Pro-Tem Jacobson regarding section 18.52.140, to strike the amended text provision that allows for off premise signs in transit shelters and establishing standards. AND *Cr. Rupp will consider voting on the Amendment moved by Cr. Bryson, seconded by Cr. Krauss that regarding 18.46.040 sub c. to remove the option that provides for installation of shower facilities and lockers. AND *Consider voting on the Main Motion that was moved by Cr. Becker, seconded by Cr. Bozeman City Commission Agenda, May 26, 2009 3 Krauss to provisionally adopt Ordinance No. 1761, Amendments to Title 18, Unified Development Ordinance No. Z-08041, as amended. 5. Appointment to the Beautification Advisory Board (Kissel) * Consider a motion appointing up to one new member to the Beautification Advisory Board. 6. Appointment to the Community Alcohol Coalition (Kissel) * Consider a motion appointing up to one new member to the Community Alcohol Coalition. I. FYI/Discussion 1.
