ORDINANCE NO. 1603
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
ESTABLISHING THE MONTHLY SALARY OF THE MUNICIPAL JUDGE OF THE CITY
OF BOZEMAN AS REQUIRED BY THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to the Municipal Judge of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2004, be as follows, to wit:
Position Annual Salarv Monthlv Salarv
Municipal Judge* $40,000.00 $4,000.00
$57,000.00 $4,750.00
*Plus 10% to ICMA RC (deferred compensation)
Section 2. That the salary, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be effective as of July 1, 2003.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a regular session thereof
held on the 11 th day of August 2003.
