ORDINANCE NO. 1606
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
ESTABLISHING THE MONTHLY SALARY OF THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN AS REQUIRED BY THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to the City Manager of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2004, be as follows, to wit:
Position Annual Salarv Monthlv Salarv
City Manager* $93,600.00 $7,800.00
*Plus contribution to ICMA RC (deferred compensation)
Section 2. That the salary, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be effective as of July 1, 2003.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a regular session thereof
held on the 1 st day of December 2003.
