A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, ESATBLISHING FEES FOR RENTAL OF
THE LINDLEY AND BEALL CENTERS.
WHEREAS, the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board has submitted a
recommendation for the establishment of a fee schedule for the rental of the Lindley and Beall
Centers;
WHEREAS, the City Commission has approved the establishment of said fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1
The following schedule of fees shall be established for the rental of the Lindley and
Beall Center.
Full Day Full Day Half Day Half Day
Fri.-Sat.-Sun.- Mon.-Thurs. Fri.-Sat.-Sun.- Mon.-Thurs.

$260 $130 $130 $65
Section 2
Approved rental fees to be effective beginning July 1, 2009. Reservations which have
been paid for prior to July 1, 2009 will be charged using current fees.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, at a regular session thereof held on the 23rd day of March 2009.
