This provides the public with the opportunity to comment on matters falling within the purview of the NSURB. An opportunity will be provided for the public to comment on Discussion and Action Items. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. C.Meeting Minutes –Discuss and approve meeting minutes from February 5and March 5 D.Discussion Items ? Zoning options – Chris Saunders, guest ? Scope of services, cost breakdown – Taylor Lonsdale; work and cost estimates from Allied th Engineering for Lighting and Right of Way investigation and preliminary design for N. 7 Avenue streetscape improvements ? Whittier School street beautification project/painting event idea – Keri Thorpe ? CTEP application – Taylor’s edits, suggestions to draft copy ? Communications format between board and Allied Engineering – Scott Hedglin E.Action Items ? Consider a motion to accept Allied Engineering’s scope of services, cost breakdown ?
