Kukulski, City Manager SUBJECT: Zoning Commission (Re)Appointments MEETING DATE: January 22, 2008 RECOMMENDATION: (Re)appoint up to two members to the Zoning Commission. BACKGROUND: Two terms on the Zoning Commission will expire on January 31, 2008. The Zoning Commission is created under Resolution No. 3312 to establish procedures for the administration of the municipal zoning ordinance within the City limits. This Commission shall consist of five members appointed by the City Commission, and they shall serve staggered two-year terms. Any person of legal age may be appointed, but all members must be City residents. This board currently has two vacancies and two applicants.
