Kukulski, City Manager SUBJECT: Cemetery Advisory Board (Re)Appointments MEETING DATE: January 28, 2008 RECOMMENDATION: (Re)appoint members to the Cemetery Advisory Board. BACKGROUND: Three terms on the Cemetery Advisory Board expired on December 31, 2007. The Cemetery Board is created pursuant to Section 7-35-4101, M.C.A. and Chapter 2.76 of the Bozeman Municipal Code. This board is comprised of five members, serving staggered three- year terms. A majority of the members shall be residents of the City, and one member shall be a representative of an active recognized veteran’s group. The Board is advisory to both the City Commission and the Director of Public Service, making recommendations regarding operation of the Sunset Hills Cemetery.
