SUBJECT: Public Easements - Lincoln Park Condominiums
(Shea Homes Incorporated)
MEETING DATE: March 3, 2008, Consent Agenda
RECOMMENDATION: The City Commission make a motion to authorize City Manager to
sign the Sewer and Water Easement, Public Access Easement, and
Pedestrian Public Access Easement.
BACKGROUND: The three original partially executed easements for the Lincoln Park
Condominiums development have been provided to the City Clerk. The
Water and Sewer, Public Access, and Pedestrian Public Access easements
are required for the development’s final site plan approval. Engineering
staff has reviewed the easements and found them to be acceptable.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
