1. Taco Del Mar Conditional Use Permit with Certificate of Appropriateness
#Z-08036 (Knight)
*Consider a motion approving the Taco Del Mar Conditional Use Permit with Certificate
of Appropriateness #Z-08036 with the Conditions of Approval as outlined in the Staff
Report.
2. Hastings Shopping Center/Bozeman Shopping Center Site Plan, LLC
Notice of Violation #Z-04047 (Skelton)
*Consider a motion directing staff to proceed with filing a Notice of Violation as outlined
in Section 18.64.160, Bozeman Municipal Code.
AND
*Consider a motion directing staff to prepare an Improvements Agreement for signature
by the Bozeman Shopping Center, LLC to guarantee completion of all site-related

improvements, including the Osco/Hastings façade within one (1) year, as well as
restricting occupancy of new tenants and new development proposals until façade
improvements are fully addressed.

*Consider a motion authorizing staff to take further lawful action as is necessary to
remedy violation of the Final Site Plan approval.

(MPDES) Permit for Water Reclamation Facility (WWTP) (Arkell)
2. Request from Dr. Joseph Shaw, Director of the Optical Technology Center
at Montana State University, regarding scheduling a Special Presentation
in order to present to the Commission photographs and measurements that
illustrate successful and unsuccessful examples of outdoor lighting in
Bozeman (Ulmen)
3. Reminder of Policy Meeting on Wednesday, April 9, 2008
